BluSea is a product of Blumind Technologies, S.L.

This notice governs access to and use of the website blusea.io. Browsing it makes you a user and means that you accept these terms in the version published at the time of your visit.

The website presents BluSea and lets you request a demonstration. Customers' use of the platform is not governed by this notice but by the contract signed with each company and, as regards personal data, by its data processing agreement.

Access to the website is open and free of charge. You undertake to use it lawfully, diligently and in accordance with this notice. In particular, you may not:

• use the website or its content for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm the rights of BluSea or of third parties;
• attempt to access restricted areas of the website or of the platform, or the systems that support them, or circumvent their security measures;
• introduce viruses or any code capable of damaging or altering the systems;
• extract the content of the website on a mass or automated basis, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems, without written authorisation;
• impersonate another person or provide false data in the contact form.

We may block access for anyone who breaches these terms, without prejudice to any legal action that may be appropriate.

The content of the website is for information purposes and does not constitute a contractual offer. It describes the BluSea platform and its planned development: the features available at any given time, their service levels and their terms are those set out in each customer's contract.

The screens, documents, drawings, schedules and examples shown on the website are illustrative. Time and savings figures are internal estimates based on documents from real projects and do not guarantee a specific result in each case.

Nothing published on the website is technical, legal or professional advice. BluSea is a tool at the service of the company's teams: decisions and the signing of deliverables always rest with the professionals who use it.

The website and all its content — texts, graphic design, illustrations, plates and technical drawings, photographs, screenshots of the platform, logos, source code and the BluSea brand — belong to Blumind Technologies, S.L. or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property law.

Accessing the website does not grant you any licence or assignment of rights over them. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or making available, in whole or in part, is prohibited without written authorisation, except in the cases permitted by law, such as quotation for the purposes of analysis or commentary with acknowledgement of the source.

Third-party trademarks and names mentioned — file formats, scheduling software or cloud providers — belong to their owners. They are cited only to describe what the platform works with, and this does not imply any relationship or sponsorship.
