Who gets in
Access is through your company's Microsoft account. It is enabled for each customer; it is not switched on by default for every organisation.

Your data is not used to train models. This is set out in the data processing agreement (DPA, Annex 1).

The management system is in progress. We are not certified until the audit closes.
How the archive is handled
Encryption
Data is encrypted at rest. Encryption in transit will be documented once it has been verified in the deployment.
Traceability
Every data point carries its source. What cannot be verified is flagged, never taken as correct.
Your account, your company
You sign in with your organisation's Microsoft account. BluSea does not invent a parallel login.
Isolation between companies
Each company sees only its own data. Every query is filtered by company, and a battery of automated tests checks on every code change that no company can see another company's data.
Activity log
Each workspace records who uploaded, moved, deleted or restored each document, and when. Your company's administrators also see the history of user and permission changes.
